  • How do I pay for my order?
    You can pay via Paypal, Yoko or with your Credit/Debit Card (secure link).
  • How is the shipping cost calculated?
    Local shipping within South Africa (for items purchased online only) R99.00 courier fee for orders delivered to Western Cape R190.00 courier fee for orders delivered to other provinces within South Africa International shipping – once we have your order and your delivery details, a quotation will be emailed to you for your confirmation together with a link for payment.
  • How is my order packaged?
    The ceramics are packaged with bubble-wrap and secured in a strong cardboard carton. The parcel is insured for total loss. In the case of a damaged item we need to be notified within 48 hours with images and description of the damage. We will then replace the item and courier cost at our expense.
  • Can I return my order?
    If you are unhappy with the order, please notify us within 24 hours. You may then return the item within 7 days, securely packaged and at your own cost and we will credit you so that you may select something else. If the item arrives at our studio in a damaged condition, no credit will be offered.
  • How do I go about getting a custom-made piece?
    Regarding a custom-made piece, an email with description should be sent to bennie@bsceramics.co.za. We will respond within 3-5 working days.
  • Are these wares oven proof?
    Provided they are not placed from fridge to hot oven, they should be fine in an oven. They should be slowly heated up.
  • Are these wares dishwasher & microwave proof?
    The wares may be used gently in a dishwasher. Best not to use in the microwave.
